Start with Qada, not perfection
If you miss Fajr, pray it Qada in the morning. Never skip — but do not catastrophise either.
Sleep before midnight
The single biggest Fajr predictor is bedtime. Aim for 10pm. Everything else follows.
Build with one habit at a time
Week 1 just wake up for Fajr. Week 2 add Wudu the night before. Week 3 add Sunnah rakats. Stack slowly.
Frequently asked questions
Pray it as soon as you wake; never skip.
