Our teaching methodology

Every class is one-on-one over Zoom or Google Meet with a certified teacher who stays with your student. Lessons use a digital Mushaf, screen sharing, audio practice, and a weekly progress report sent to parents. Students are never rushed and never embarrassed — pace and patience are core to our method.

What a typical Islamic Studies class looks like

A typical Islamic Studies lesson is 30 minutes. The teacher starts with a 'today I learned' check-in to surface anything the child has heard at school, then moves into the day's topic with screen-shared visuals, short stories from the Seerah or Sahaba, and a single practical takeaway (a dua, a Sunnah or a manner) to practise at home that week. Lessons close with a 2-minute parent-facing summary.

Common challenges — and how we solve them

• Tough questions about Islam from non-Muslim peers

  We dedicate one lesson per month to current questions kids hear at school, with calm, evidence-based answers your child can confidently repeat.

• Memorised duas but doesn't understand them

  Every memorised dua is paired with a 2-line English meaning and a 'when to say it' card, so the dua actually lives in daily life.

• Salah is mechanical, not meaningful

  Salah is taught alongside its meaning — students learn what they're saying in Fatiha and the Tashahhud, not just how to stand and bow.

Students get a printable Aqeedah summary, illustrated Seerah timeline, dua flashcards and an age-appropriate Fiqh of Salah PDF. All materials are screen-shared in class and sent home for revision.
