Why families pick Rahber for New Muslims Course
Our New Muslims Course is private, judgment-free and paced entirely around you. Whether you took Shahada last week or last year, you'll be matched with a calm, patient teacher who answers every question — no matter how basic it feels — and never assumes prior Arabic, prior Islamic knowledge or prior community. You choose a male or female teacher, your own class times, and your own pace. The 3-day free trial means you can meet your teacher before any commitment.
What a typical New Muslims Course class looks like
A New Muslims lesson is 30–45 minutes and starts wherever you are. Early lessons cover Shahada, the 5 pillars, Wudu and your first Salah — screen-shared step by step, with the teacher demonstrating each posture and ruling. From month two, lessons split between continuing Salah & Fiqh basics and beginning Arabic letters so you can start reading the Quran directly. Every class ends with a short written summary so nothing important is lost between sessions.
Common challenges — and how we solve them
No Arabic, no mosque community, no idea where to start
Lessons begin with the absolute essentials — Shahada, Wudu, Fajr — and never push you into something you're not ready for.
Embarrassed to ask 'basic' questions
One-on-one means there is no group to perform for. Ask anything, repeat anything, pause anything.
Family or partner isn't Muslim
Lesson times are flexible (early morning, late evening, weekends) and teachers are sensitive to students learning quietly at home.
Tools & materials you'll use
Students get a printable Wudu & Salah step-by-step PDF, audio of the short Surahs they're memorising, a Shahada certificate on request, and a private chat with their teacher for between-lesson questions.
