Terms of Service
Last updated November 1, 2026. By using this website or booking a class, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
Rahber Institute of Quran & Islamic Studies operates rahberquraninstitute.com and provides online Quran and Islamic-studies classes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book classes on behalf of a student. Classes for minors are booked and paid for by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Trials, enrolment & scheduling
The free trial is a three-class introductory offer with a single teacher. Enrolment is confirmed once payment for the first month is received. Class times are booked in your local timezone and honoured on a "same-teacher" basis where possible.
4. Fees, refunds & cancellations
Monthly fees are billed in advance. You may cancel enrolment at any time; unused classes within the current billing period may be rescheduled but are not refunded unless required by law. Missed classes without 4 hours' notice are non-refundable.
5. Conduct
Students, parents and teachers agree to treat one another with respect. We reserve the right to end an enrolment for abuse, harassment or violation of these terms without refund.
6. Content & intellectual property
All content on rahberquraninstitute.com — articles, images, lesson materials, curricula, code — is owned by Rahber Institute of Quran & Islamic Studies or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, resell or redistribute it without written permission. Quotations for educational or review purposes with attribution and a link back are welcome.
7. Third-party content

8. Disclaimers
Our website and classes are provided "as is". We do our best to be accurate and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific learning outcomes. See our Disclaimer page for the full statement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rahber Institute of Quran & Islamic Studies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or classes. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by email.
